Configure NFS mount
  smitty storage
 
File Systems --> Add / Change / Show / Delete File Systems --> Network File System (NFS) --> Network File System (NFS) --> Add a File System for Mounting

When nfs mounting from a Linux NFS server, customer gets the following 
error: vmount: operation not permited
  nfso -p -o nfs_use_reserved_ports=1
